Sponsor
1800DTC, LLC, 9378 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 330, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 ("Sponsor"). The DTC Wrapped 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is administered solely by Sponsor.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and to legal residents of Canada excluding the Province of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void in Quebec and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Canadian entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, administered by email, before a prize will be awarded.
Entry period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 12, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
How to enter
Online entry. During the Entry Period, complete and submit the DTC Wrapped 2026 ballot at https://connect.1800dtc.com/r/aQMk8E. Submitting a completed ballot with a valid email address earns one (1) entry.
Free alternate method of entry. No purchase, payment, or ballot submission is required. To enter without submitting a ballot, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number and date of birth on a 3 × 5 card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: 1800DTC, LLC — DTC Wrapped 2026 Sweepstakes, 9378 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 330, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 12, 2026 and received by October 19, 2026. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
Mail-in entries and online entries have an equal chance of winning.
Entry limit
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted by any automated means, or by any entrant using multiple email addresses or identities, will be disqualified.
Nominations do not affect entry
Which companies, brands or individuals an entrant nominates on the ballot has no effect whatsoever on that entrant's odds of winning the prize. Every completed ballot receives exactly one entry regardless of its content, and regardless of whether it nominates anyone at all. Entrants are not required, encouraged, or rewarded for nominating any particular company.
Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: one Eight Sleep Pod 5 in King size. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,298 USD. One prize will be awarded in total.
The prize was purchased at retail by Sponsor. Eight Sleep is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliate of this Sweepstakes, has no involvement in its design, judging or administration, and receives no entrant data. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly stated as included, including delivery beyond the contiguous United States and Canada, installation, and any ongoing subscription or membership fees associated with the product.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Drawing
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 15, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, witnessed by at least two Sponsor personnel, and the result recorded. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within that period, a returned or undeliverable notification, or a failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release before the prize is awarded.
Taxes
All federal, state, provincial and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600 USD, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is shipped, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their first name, last initial and state or province of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy practices and is used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has separately opted in, to contact them about 1800DTC. Entering the Sweepstakes does not subscribe an entrant to any mailing list. Contact details are never published. See the program methodology for how ballot data is handled.
Relationship to the awards program
The Sweepstakes is separate from the DTC Wrapped 2026 awards. Entry into the Sweepstakes has no bearing on the selection of award winners, and the selection of award winners has no bearing on the Sweepstakes drawing. Award winners are determined solely as described in the published methodology.
General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select a winner at random from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
Limitation of liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunction of any network, computer or telephone system.
Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Winner list
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 1800DTC, LLC — DTC Wrapped 2026 Winner List, 9378 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 330, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, to be received by December 12, 2026. The winner will also be identified on this page after the prize is awarded.
